Bulk billing available for:

  • Children

  • Pensioners

  • Health assessments

  • Chronic disease management items

All doctors will Bulk Bill the Following: (except on Saturdays and public holidays as clinics are fully private)

  • Children under the age of 16 years

  • Veterans Affairs card holders

  • Age Pensioners over 65

  • Health assessments

  • Care plans and care plan reviews

Discounted fees will apply for:

  • Health Care Card Holders

  • UOW Students/undergrad & international students

Fee Information

Standard Weekday Billing

As of 1 July 2024, GP fees from Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:15pm will incur a $40 gap after receiving a Medicare rebate for the relevant item number billed for Medicare eligible patients.

Concession Cards & Students

Concession card holders and pension card holders (other than aged pensioners over 65) will be billed a reduced fee with a $25 gap.

Full-time Undergraduate, TAFE and High School Students will be billed a reduced fee with a $30 gap.

Patients aged 15 and under, and aged pensioners 65 and over, will be bulk billed Monday to Friday.

Saturdays & Public Holidays – In-Person Appointments

All patients will be privately billed with a $52 gap fee after the Medicare rebate.

Saturdays & Public Holidays – Phone Consultations

Patients will be privately billed with a $52 gap fee before 1pm and a $64.50 gap fee after 1pm.

Walk-In Patients

Walk-in patients will be privately billed with a $60 gap fee Monday to Saturday
