If you have seen the doctor face to face within the last 12 months, you may be able to book a phone consultation and speak with a doctor at a specified time. Some concerns still require an in-person appointment, especially if your doctor needs to examine you, check vital signs, perform a procedure, assess a skin lesion, or arrange urgent care.
